On Monday evening, Great Bend Fire Department responded to an industrial accident near the Great Bend Municipal Airport.  Great Bend Fire Chief Mike Napolitano reported that they responded to McDonald Tank near the Great Bend Municipal Airport, where a man was caught between a Ford truck and a tank.

61-year-old Mitchell Ochs was transported to Great Bend Regional Hospital on Monday evening, where he was treated and released.
