Jerry married Lois (Smith) Becker April 17, 1993 at Great Bend, KS.

He was a long time employee for Murray Casing Crews.

Mr. Pierson was a Barton County area resident for 40 years.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Jerry attended King Memorial United Methodist Church, Great Bend. He was an avid hunter, who loved his family,

guns, classic Mopars, and gardening. He was also known to be an extreme “do-it-yourselfer”.

9 grandchildren, many step-grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, many step-great grandchildren

one brother: Richard Pierson of California, MO

two sisters: Norma Barker of Toelle, UT

Pat Smith of Evening Shade, AR

He was preceded in death by one nephew, whom Jerry raised as a son, Mike Swanson, two sisters; Bonnie Brown and

Shirley James.

Visitation: No visitation, cremation has taken place
