Mr. Feist attended Sts. Peter and Paul Elementary School and was a 1963 graduate of Claflin High School.
Married Linda Jennings February 13, 1971 at Lebanon, Kansas.
He was an oilfield supply salesman working for Misco and Bovard and was a 15-year employee of Sunrise Oilfield Supply.
Mr. Feist was a lifetime Barton County resident.
He a United States Navy Veteran serving aboard the USS Oklahoma Cityduring the Vietnam Conflict.
He was a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, A. P. I., KIOGA, and the board of directors of the Kansas Oil and Gas Museum.

Eight Grandchildren: Brittany Mazzoleni, Shelby Mazzoleni, Sierra Brown, Riley Brown, MaKenna Feist, Cole Feist, Macey Feist, and Savannah Jensen and a granddaughter expected in the next few days
