She was a food manager for Great Bend Senior Center until her illness prevented her working.
Ms. Herren was a Great Bend, Kansas resident most of her life.
She was a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Patrick Catholic Church, and the Altar Society, both of Great Bend. She enjoyed playing bingo and working in her flower garden.

She was preceded in death by one infant son, Marty Paul Herren; three brothers, Wendelin Herrman, Jr., Thomas Herrman, and Hilbert Herrman; and four sisters, Leota Sittingdown, Theresa Schartz, Leona Yarmer, and Marie Schartz.
