three brothers: David McKown and his wife Jan of Great Bend, KS, Charles McKown and his wife Gina of Fort Scott, KS, and James McKown and his wife Meg of Stilwell, KS

nieces and nephews:  Jenna McKown, Justin McKown, Josh McKown, Michelle Calvert, William McKown, Cole McKown, and Cade McKown and six grandnieces and nephews

 

 

SERVICE INFORMATION

 

A joint memorial service for Bill and his mother, Martha Lu (Johnson) McKown will be at 1:30 p.m., Saturday, April 19, 2014 at First Christian Church in Great Bend.  Pastor Josh Leu will officiate.  At Mr. McKown’s wish, his body was donated for scientific research at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, Kansas City, Kansas.  Memorials are requested to Boy Scouts of America, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
