OBITUARY INFORMATION

Married Evelyn Emma Guion July 18, 1938 at Carlsbad, New Mexico. She died March 30, 2002.
He worked at Bayless Dry Cleaning when he was young, served in the Army Air Force during World War II in Panama, attended Wichita School of Business, and worked at Southwestern Bell, Scheuffler Supply Co. and American Parts Co. as the accounts manager until he retired.
Mr. Becker was a longtime Great Bend resident, moving to Norman, Oklahoma in 2011.
He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Masonic Lodge #15, Blue Lodge, and American Legion Argonne Post 180, all of Great Bend. He enjoyed playing golf and reading.
He was preceded in death by one son, Gary Becker, and one daughter-in-law, Marilyn Becker.

He is survived by his youngest son, Bob Becker of Norman, OK, grandchildren: Michael Becker and wife Amy, great-grandchildren: Maegan and Gabriel, of Katy, TX., Jaime (Becker) and husband Chad Bagg, great-grandchildren: Jonah, Canaan, Ethan and Chloē, of Norman, OK. Ruth Becker, daughter-in-law of Colorado Springs, CO., grandchildren: Jeff Becker and wife Ronda, great-grandchildren: Emily, Ryan and Jenna, of Flower Mound, TX., Mark Becker of New York, NY, and Courtney (Becker) and husband Tim Stevens of Colorado Springs CO., great -grandchildren: Paige and Heidi.

Place of Service: Great Bend Cemetery in Great Bend

Visitation: Noon to 9:00 p.m., Friday, April 16, 2014, with the family receiving friends from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Bryant Funeral Home
Memorial Fund: First United Methodist Church or St. Rose Foundation for the benefit of the Heartland Cancer Center, in care of Bryant Funeral Home
