Married Mary Katheryn “Pollie” Clevenger May 9, 1953 at Hutchinson, Kansas.  She died February 28, 2009.

He was a farmer and stockman and was president of Globe Operating, Inc.

Mr. Stalcup was a Great Bend, Kansas resident since 1976 coming from Seward, Kansas, area.

He was a member of First Christian Church, B. P. O. Elks Lodge #1127, guest member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #3111, Fraternal Eagles Aerie #646, Western Kansas Chapter of American Petroleum Institute, and the Kansas Independent Oil and Gas Association.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur A. Stalcup, his mother, Amy Gates McCoy, one sister, Marjorie Scheib; and four brothers, Marion “Pete” Stalcup, Forrest Stalcup, Wayne Stalcup, and Lawrence Stalcup.

Funeral Service:  3:00 p.m., Saturday, January 10, 2015 at First Christian Church in Great Bend

Officiant: The Reverend Sue Bishop

Interment: Great Bend Cemetery, Great Bend, Kansas

Visitation:  9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2015 at Bryant Funeral Home
