Larned – Troy Dean Davis, 43, passed away January 16, 2015 at his home, Larned.

He was born January 3, 1972 in Great Bend, Kansas; the son of Jerrold Dale and Sheryl Lynn Suchy Davis. A lifetime area resident, he was a Service Technician at Harper Camper Land in Great Bend.

He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, working on cars and spending time with his family.

Troy and Paula were together for 16 years, then on November 13, 2007 he married Paula Ann Smith in Pawnee Rock. She survives.

Survivors include; his father, his wife Paula, Larned; a son, Troy (T.J.) Davis, Great Bend; a daughter, Audrie Davis, Great Bend; a brother, J.D. Davis, Iowa; a sister, Tina Jones, Washington, a grandson, Austin Flores and three step-children

He was preceded in death by; his mother.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Larned with Father Warren Stecklein presiding. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday at the Beckwith Mortuary; Vigil Service and Rosary will be 7:00 p.m. Monday at the Beckwith Mortuary Chapel. Burial will be in the Larned Cemetery, Larned, Kansas.
