The City of Great Bend is getting closer to finding their next Police Chief.
The interview committee interviewed three candidates for police chief on February 5. The committee is now ready to bring the finalist back to the community for a final interview and a time to tour the city, meet with members of the police department, and hold a meet and greet with the public.
City Administrator and acting Police Chief Howard Partington says they have two scheduled dates this week to meet the potential replacement.
