OBITUARY INFORMATION
Bones married Frances Werner September 8, 1955 at Odin, Kansas. She survives.
A farmer and rancher, Bones was a lifetime Odin resident. His past careers include welding, tank truck service, oilfield driller, and dirt construction. He was an avid hunter, fisherman, trapper, and collector of priceless memorabilia. He took great pride in founding the Prosser Arena and had a passion for planting shelter belts.
Bones was veteran of the U.S. Air Force, and was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, and the Knights of Columbus Council #2630, both of Odin, and the American Legion Post 200, Holyrood, KS. Bones was a long standing board member of Beaver Grain.

Two daughters: Vicki Kaiser and husband Bob of Odin, KS

Two brothers: Robert Prosser of Kalispell, MT
Alvin “Shorty” Prosser of Russell, KS
Eight grandchildren: Johnathon Kaiser, Emilee DeMartino and husband Victor, Joshua Kaiser, April Kaiser, Amanda Prosser and Sean Finn, Cameren Prosser, Isaac Prosser, and Zane Prosser.
Two great grandchildren: Victor DeMartino and Samuel DeMartino

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Joe D. and Barney Prosser.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 am, Saturday, January 23, 2016, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Odin
Celebrant: Father Ted Stoecklein
Interment: Holy Family Cemetery, Odin, with military rites conducted by the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard
Visitation: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Friday, January 22, 2016 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, 415 N. Main, Hoisington, KS
Memorial Fund: In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Holy Family Cemetery Fund or Claflin Ambulance Fund, in care of Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home
