She married Paul Wayne Blankenship January 30, 1937 at Lyons, Kansas.  He died February 3, 1977. A lifetime Barton County resident, Mrs. Blankenship was a homemaker.

Mrs. Blankenship was a member of First Christian Church, Great Bend, and was an avid bridge player.

one son: Larry Blankenship  and his wife Judy of St. Joseph, MO

one daughter: Sandra Frager of San Diego, CA

Grandchildren: Four

Great-grandchildren: Seven

 

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Schwartz and Eston Schwartz.

Place of Service: Hillcrest Memorial Park in Great Bend

Visitation:  The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2016 at Bryant Funeral Home
