OBITUARY INFORMATION

Loretta married LeRoy Morgenstern Feb. 14, 1942 at Wichita, KS.  He died Oct. 3, 1993.

Loretta, a lifetime Hoisington resident and dedicated farm wife and mother, worked for a short time at Valley Center Bank, Valley Center, after graduating from Wichita Business College.  She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Altar Society, V.F.W. Auxiliary, and the American Legion Auxiliary, all of Hoisington.  She was active in several card groups and the Arturian Study Club, enjoyed traveling, and volunteered as a Pink Lady at Clara Barton Hospital, Hoisington.

Donald Morgenstern of Hoisington, KS

Pam Willis and husband Greg of Hoisington, KS

She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Virginia Demel, and an infant twin brother, Lawrence Demel.

Vigil and Rosary: 7:00 pm Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, Hoisington

Interment: St. John Cemetery, Hoisington, Kansas

Visitation:    1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Sunday, October 29, 2017 at Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home, 415 N. Main, Hoisington, KS
