The Great Bend Panther Boys won the Western Athletic Conference Bowling Tournament Thursday at the Walnut Bowl in Great Bend while the Girls team took 3rd.

Jordan Black was named WAC Player of the Year after posting a 227 average for the season, and Mike Perry was named Coach of the Year. Freshman Bryce Moore and Senior Kameron Keener were named to the WAC first team while Freshman Corbin Stanley and Junior A.J. Roberts were named to the honorable mention squad.

For the girls, Jordan Vstetescka earned 1st team all conference honors while Sophomore Lexy Fox was named honorable mention.

The Panthers will again bowl at home next Friday as they host 5A Regional’s at the Walnut Bowl.
