Traffic Arrest

At 1:49 a.m. Timothy Delgado was arrested for DUI, refusal of PBT, no insurance, and failure to maintain lane in the 900 block of Walnut Dr.

At 12:25 p.m. an accident was reported at 12th Street & Washington Avenue.

Warrant Arrest

At 3:38 p.m. Adriana Kennedy was arrested on a warrant at 3503 10th Street.

Breathing Problems

At 5:29 p.m. ambulance assistance was needed at 2117 Monroe Street.

At 4:05 p.m. criminal damage was reported at 1623 Main Street with an unknown person trying to break into the nigh drop deposit box at Landmark National Bank.

At 8:49 p.m. Ever Chavez was eastbound in the 2600 block of Lakin and struck a 1993 Cadillac Deville that was legally parked on the south side of the roadway.

Theft

At 10:48 p.m. Applebees, 3209 10th Street, reported Brett Bishop taking a tablet from the restaurant. Total loss is $500.
