2:39 AM – Theft of fuel reported at 2716 10th Street.

4:48 AM – Traffic Hazard / Device – Reports lights not changing at 10th & Washington.  Lights were functioning.

8:43 AM – Theft reported at 5815 Broadway.

9:16 AM – Non Injury Accident reported at 10th & Main Street.  V1 slid on the ice and struck V2.

12:12 PM – Non-Injury Accident reported at 3600 blk of 24th Street.  V1 slid on the ice struck a fence and curb.

7:15 PM – Theft reported at 2817 20th Street.  Reports lost property at their home.

10:22 PM – Non-Injury Accident reported at 10th & Washington.  V1 was turning southbound onto Washington and struck V2 who was southbound.
