Mrs. Keegan was a Great Bend, Kansas resident and taught public school for thirty-nine years, the last thirty years in Great Bend at Morrison and Jefferson Elementary Schools.

She was a member of National Education Association, KNEA, National Parent-Teacher Association, Barton County Association of Retired School Personnel, Emporia State University Alumni Association, Golden Belt Community Concert Association, Great Bend Panther Booster Club, and a former member of Congregational Christian Church, Little River.

three sisters: Vada Freund and her husband August of Great Bend, KS, Virginia Buehler of Golden, CO, and Norma Baker of Oklahoma City, OK

two grandchildren: Jon R. Keegan of Norman, OK, and  Katherine Keegan of Norman, OK

Visitation:  9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2015 at Bryant Funeral Home
