Larned-Shelby Ophelia Rayne Weber, Infant, passed away August 26, 2015 at her home in Larned.

She was born July 19, 2015 in Hays, the daughter of Preston Mark Weber and Ariel Nicole Looper.

Survivors Include: her parents; grandpa, Ty Weber, Larned; grandma, Christina Crawford, Clifton Forge, VA; grandparents, Michael and Vikki Looper, Texarkana, TX; great grandma, Floy Looper, New Mexico; great grandma, Mary Weber, Garfield ; great grandparents, Carol and Shirley McHenry, El Dorado.
