GREAT BEND — A Great Bend man will spend 60 days in jail and serve three years of probation for secretly photographing and making videos of women as they undressed at E-Z Tan, 1657 State Road 96 in Great Bend, according to Barton County Attorney Amy Mellor.
Tracy Driscoll, 35, entered a no contest plea on the charges in September and was sentenced Friday. He is also ordered to pay fines and for counseling for one of the victims.
Police began their investigation in the case following complaints that the defendant had been photographing or taking videos of customers while they were undressed. Officer contacted Driscoll and seized his cell phone. It then became apparent that the device contained evidence of crimes.
A later examination of the phone’s contents revealed photographs of other individuals who were undressed while tanning. A list of customers showed that while they were in one room, Driscoll was in the next room over and used his phone camera to take the photographs or videos.
Driscoll is prohibited from using the internet or a phone with a camera during his probation, according to Mellor.
