A head-on collision on US 36 near Norton Thursday afternoon sent the drivers and occupants of both vehicles to the hospital.

According to the Highway Patrol, 19-year-old Brett Post of Prairie View was westbound when his car crossed the center line and hit the car driven by 25-year-old Lacy Zillinger of Speed.

Post and Zillinger were both flown to Kearney, Nebraska. The passengers were taken to the Norton County Hospital.
