Married Judy Smee Dean August 29, 1992 at Hoisington, Kansas.
He was a truck driver and diesel mechanic.
Mr. Belden was a Pawnee Rock, Kansas resident since 2007 coming from Hoisington, Kansas.
He was a member of Christian Motorcycle Association.
He was an associate minister at the Assembly of God, Crossroads Living Joy Community Church, and House of Flames where he taught International School of Ministry. He was a musician playing keyboard, guitar and many other instruments. He enjoyed carpentry work.

He was preceded in death by two sons, Wesley L. Belden, Jr. and John Belden; and one daughter, Angel Belden.
