The Barton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an arson case involving a trailer fire. Late Tuesday night, a structure fire was reported in the 1200 block of Northwest 100 road. A twenty-foot travel trailer was completely engulfed. The trailer and contents in it were a total loss. A storage garage and contents inside were also damaged in the fire. Neither the trailer nor the garage were occupied at the time of the fire. Albert and Hoisington Fire Departments responded to fight the fire.
