A 54-year-old Salina man has been arrested on numerous sex charges.

Birger Draget of 503 Claremont Drive was arrested on Thursday evening on several charges including rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

Draget was arrested by police Thursday night. Police learned of the incidents after the teenage victim contacted them.

Draget is the pastor of the Salina Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
