eight grandchildren: John R. Stoss and his wife Becky, Shelli Schmidt and her husband Travis, Darrell “Luke” Keener, Ryan Kultgen and his wife Jessica, Chris Kultgen, Morgan Cowles, Mallory Cowles, and Caden Cowles
two great-grandchildren: Madison Henning and McKenna Schmidt
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Melinda Stoss, and one sister, Erma Schloctermeier.
