He was an industrial mechanic for Bell Engine and PamCo, owned and operated 3-D Lumber and worked at Waters True Value.

Mr. Dunlap was a Great Bend, Kansas resident since 1961 coming from McCook, Nebraska.

He was a United States Marine Corps veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict.

He was a member of First Assembly of God, Great Bend.

Great-grandchildren: Fourteen

 

He was preceded in death by one son, Kevin Dunlap; two brothers, Vern Franklin Dunlap and Kenneth Wayne Dunlap, and one granddaughter, Jessica Dunlap.

Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 4, 2014 at First Assembly of God in Great Bend

Officiant: Pastor Dwight Dozier

Interment: Great Bend Cemetery North, Great Bend with military rites by the United States Marine Corps Honor Guard

Visitation:  9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 4, 2014 at Bryant Funeral Home

Memorial Fund: Wounded Warrior Project, in care of Bryant Funeral Home
