Helen married Bobby Dale Howard June 1, 1952, in Pratt, KS. They were later divorced. She then married Robert Carl Sharp June 21, 1975, in Great Bend. They were later divorced.
Helen was long time resident and farmer of Great Bend, also residing in Las Vegas and Larned. She also served as a librarian and bus driver for the Radium School District and was a bookkeeper for Melvin Nuss.
Helen was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Great Bend, and enjoyed reading and sewing.
