He married Betty (Walters) Clark November 26, 1993 at Great Bend, Kansas.
He graduated from Fort Hays State College in 1961 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Arts. He was an industrial arts teacher at Great Bend High School from 1962 to 1967, later worked at Casey’s Office Equipment, and then Gibson-Titus & Stafford, and Murphy Tractor.
Mr. Keenan was a lifetime Great Bend, Kansas resident.
He was a United States Army veteran.
He was a member of Prince of Peace Parish at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council #862, and was a Children’s International Sponsor. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, fishing, and gardening.

He was preceded in death by one son, Terry Keenan; and two sisters, Kathleen Casey and Beverly Schaub.
